- 3D Tours- Different than a virtual tour, this is a user-navigated experience that increases interest from the viewer. (Click on the Listings link, choose a property you would like to see, and click on "Virtual Tour" to see what a 3D tour is.)
- Aerial photography and video- This helps accentuate the unique exterior features of your home- nearby parks, your land, or other notable exterior features.
- Shorter listing period- Due to the confidence I have in my marketing plan, I offer a 60 day listing period versus the typical 6 month listing period.
- Increased communication- I offer weekly status reports, a live portal link that lets sellers monitor other homes on the market that are deemed competition, and market analysis to ensure that we position your home in today’s market with the best list of features, photos, and pricing.
